Swimmie Class for Lil' Bitty

So our baby girl is 10 months old now and is just getting too big for her britches. ?She's taking a swimming class [more like getting familiar with the water…] and I just had to share these pics. ?

I've been using this fantabulous toothpaste for a week and just had to share. ?I actually got a free sample when I place my last order with this website…?and YES they've officially hooked me [guess that's the point of sending samples] ! ? So I know it's not on the cheap side but you only have one set of teeth, right? ?Would love to know if any of you out there have been using Super Smile and what you think of it after longterm usage…:)

Here is a fantastic artist [Scott Ingram] I discovered at Emily Amy Gallery in Atlanta…always wondered what I could do with all those bottles of nail polish I never seem to finish!! ?I'm kidding…but hey, it might be worth a shot. ?

Was searching online the other day for upholstered headboards for my Mom and discovered this oh-so-chic option at?SEARS?of all place?!?!?!?!? ?It was exactly what she wanted and for a fraction of the price I thought we'd have to spend. ?Go figure, a queen size was a mere $499 with free shipping to the store. ?

Now the description regarding the fabric is a bit "vague" so I will be sure to do a complete quality-control inspection when it arrives this week and give you a full report. ?Almost too good to be true but very excited about this find, fingers crossed…

Favorite NEW tunics

I absolutely LOVE these two tunics I purchased recently from Anthro and had to share them with you…I have been pairing them with colorful shorts and some old [and new] accessories. ?Both are so comfy and perfect for my day-to-day routine. ?:)

Blueberry Picking 2011

So we made our annual trek up to Gainer Blueberry Farm this week with baby Avery and a few friends in tow. ?You may remember this post from last year. ?

Just wanted to share a few pictures from our adventure…we always have a fabulous time here and would encourage anyone close by to check it out. ?GO NOW, season ends July 22nd. ?It's so worth the drive. ?And if you don't live close by, check around for a local farm near you. ?

July is HERE !!

Is anyone else shocked that it is already JULY?!?!?!?!? ?I can't believe how time has flown by this year. ?Well, this we are headed to a couple of cookouts this weekend, and I was just thinking of what I wanted to bring to each. ?So here are a few mouth-watering [favorite] recipes I just couldn't resist sharing. ?Both are to DIE for … and I'm thinking I might double the quantities = one batch for the party, …and one batch for ME. :)

CAA DESIGNER Showhouse

If you happen to visit our beautiful beaches this summer between JUNE 15th and JULY 22nd, stop by the Cultural Arts Association's?Designer Showhouse!!! ?It is spectacular this year. ?The home is located in the?The Retreat in Blue Mountain Beach right off of Scenic Hwy. 30-A and is definitely one you don't want to miss.

This year, I furnished + styled the library-office located on the third floor and opted for a modern, classic vibe with a bit of a vintage twist. ? The room showcases classic mid-century pieces by?Eames and Stark, along with a menagerie of vintage/eclectic books and curiosities I've accumulated collected over the years. ?Here are some pics I took with my iPhone….

I'm just thrilled with the "lived-in" feel of the space and?absolutely in LOVE with the panoramic views through the windows. ?What a perfect spot for enjoying a spectacular sunset [or sunrise…whichever you prefer] over the Gulf waters. ?
